Why are you bringing this up again? This was recently discussed.

We already know:

- 770/1 strips seenby's
- He can't help it, because it's hard coded in fastecho.
- It doesn't cause any problems, just some extra redundancy in the fidoweb.
- d'Bridge isn't detecting these as dupes, otherwise you wouldn't have seen
them. So get that fixed.
