It's "Cretans", unless you insist on using the archaic
spelling in the KJV.

And it's not to be confused with "cretin" which is
a derogatory term for "Christian".  Indeed, it annoys me
greatly that the name for a disease (hypothyroidism)
resulting in mental and physical stunting and deformity
is essentially "Christianism" (cretinism.)

Any other group could raise a stink about such insensitivity.
But not us.
