FastEcho support in the OS/2 Msged 4.1 executable (the one distributed in
MSGED41O.ZIP) is completely broken.  I did not have time to test it and
simply assumed it worked; my fault.  The bug is restricted to the MetaWare
High C OS/2 version only.

To get FastEcho support working you need to either recompile Msged (you
will need to patch FECFG145.H if you happen to be using MetaWare High C),
or use either the DOS or Windows NT executable.  If neither of these
options are possible then you have no choice but to wait for me to make a
beta OS/2 executable of Msged 4.2 available for FREQ.  I intend to do this
within the next week or so.
