I try to debug as I go, or as soon afterwards as possible. In the current
system my goal is that at any time, the latest development version on my
computer should be ready to use, so I avoid leaving any loose ends as much
as I can.

Of course, I (or someone els) always finds bugs later on, but I don't think
that could be avoided no matter what I do.
