When Ctrl+D is pressed in message-reading mode, Msged looks through the
current message for a line of text in the format:

  begin

where is the UNIX-style file mode to give the file, and
is the name of the uuencoded file.

If this text is present, Msged will request the user for an output filename
(the default name being the name given in ), then decode
each line of text to the output file, until the text

  end

is reached.
