I ended up asking on the freebsd-ports mailing list and this was confirmed.
I've since fixed the above, so I can now compile and test Linux apps under
FreeBSD. You'll never guess what though. The Linux version of NetMgr
doesn't crash with the exact same netmgr.cfg! Back to the drawing board.
Well, sort of. :-)
