Failure of the front and rear brake hydraulic systems at the same time. Paul seems to think that because he has a split front/rear braking system, he'll be quite safe when the front ones fail! I sent him a detailed explanation why the front brakes do most of the work in stopping the car (as a bike rider you'll know this only too well), but I don't think he'll believe me... and RS will probably convince him it's 50/50 anyway.
