Glad we both made it.
Been telling folks Doc's Place made it OK but didn't know 
if you'd taken the BBS down.

Even tried telneting your BBS to see if you left it be
but gathered you'd taken it down.

Yeah so do I, saw the morning coverage from Punta Gorda on upwards 
the path of the storm.

Had that storm hit here CAT 4 as it did down south of here
this quadplex would have been history.

I figured out I was going to make it about three hours
before it was supposed to begin hitting here.

I was using the GOES east coast satellite imaging
real time at
www.bbsr.edu/Weather/satellite.html
A really good site for visual and infrared real time satellite
imaging (they're geostationary).
