My understanding is they all do, as a preservative; my doc says that the
ones without it usually have a best before date that's quite short-time,
before they expire & need to be trashed. . .

But this one(Cliniderm) doesn't, and has an ingredient or two I have no
idea of, so maybe one is an alternative preservative. . .
