Negative.  If he was so smart, he'd have found ways to accomplish what he 
wanted to happen, instead of doing noting but sending relatively simple 
bombs out like a coward afraid to actually get out and agrue and campaign 
for what they want.  That he spoke a few languages and managed to jump 
through a few hoops some psycho psychologist drempt up is moot:
