I've been doing that off and on too lately. Well let's not all go into catatonic shock but most people :( really have no idea, because they don't care to learn and didn't have to: glucose is the heart and soul of our metabolism. While Carbon dioxiode levels are what determine how hard you breathe, glucose levels trigger hunger. But such are not perfect for other factors trigger/turn off hunger too. (Other factors can cause us to breathe harder/slower (ie: adrenalin in the first and voluntary control in the second.) It's quite complicated. Physiology is. I frown a purple streak at folks who try to do the simple singlular cause/effect approach to solving problems. Nothing, well almost nothing! :) is so simple. My dear mom in law never too biochemistry or physiology but she has a good bit of COmmon Sense. Moderation is common sense.. but oh boy.. some folks just don't want to go that way. Easier not to. Ya know that physics law about seeking the path of least resistance? Cindy ...
