Information for all who uses current version from cvs: there are big source
code changes now. Me and Max separated a lot of functions into new library
- huskylib. Now smapi deals only with messagebases. no pattern matching, no
common functions like createDirectoryTree(). Fidoconfig will be stripped
too soon. To compile smapi now you should compile and install huskylib
before.
Some of makefiles still doesn't working. Use of Makefile+huskymak.cfg is
preferred now, I change Makefile before all others because it is most
portable.

Future plans: move away from fidoconfig/hpt/htick [area/file]fix-related
routines into libareafix. There is much dupes in code :) And then libhtpl
waits to be used by hpt/htick :)
