      Don't understand the debate here.  If I was a citizen, I would know 
that legaly they have to return tyhe car and reimburse me for damage and time 
from work lost.  Also, it's an easy excuse from work if they do it while 
you're scheduled, and they have to reimburse me for the work lost.  I say let 
them use it.  Okay, so maybe that WAS a little silly, just breaking the grief 
here.
