 Um...well, my husband passed away almost 6 years ago but he died sober..
 and he is still remembered at the AA meetings...so..he did what he set
 out to do...Become sober and live a clean life for as long as it was to
 be given to him...he made peace with his HP and himself...what more can
 a person ask...
 As for me, I am not a member of AA .. however, I was a member of Alanon,
 am still a sponsor for AA members and a member of a support group..for
 both AA and CODA....as well as helping out SIA people...I guess you could
 just say I am a friend of AA...and a believer that the program works...
 I am also the moderator of this echo and a recovery echo on PODS Net.. 
 I have a large family of 8 grown children and 34 grandchildren...the newest
 one was born April 16th of this year....Lots of stuff to keep me busy...:)
 I live in Pennsylvania...which is beautiful right now with all the cherry
 and apple blossoms all around....
