It goes back further than that.  Based on an old TV western show.
Main character by the name of Walter Trump wanted to build a wall.
Good guy in show told him "No."  For a while, Trump had all the
townspeople fooled, with everybody believing he had the solution
for all their problems.  But the good guy pointed out the defects,
and eventually the townspeople came to their senses.

This was a black and white tv show.  Long before Donald Trump
ever contemplated running for president.  But the episode with
Walter Trump was spot on, and reveals the true character of who
and what the real Donald Trump is.
