Ellen, the second language I learned was 6502 assembler, so I kinda know
what is going on under the hood. No other language I've learned (and there
are a bunch) has required me to understand pointers so I really don't think
it's that big an issue. It's just that I've heard a bit about them and seen
the problems that can be caused and so I want to learn more.
