Well, I thought about it when you first put out the announcement, even
printed off the forms. Trouble is, life has a way of getting in the way
of my good intentions and I realised that I'd not be able to get
something done worthy of sending. I've also put a number of projects on
"hold" in the past that I'd like to get done once I get caught up with
everything else.
The packers come for Rachel's things tomorrow; after her (former) room
gets a good cleaning, I'll be moving my main sewing operation into
there. It will also give me a chance to give the whole house a good
cl*** as we will shuffle several rooms around. After I get Rachel's
sewing finished, I'm going to start some Christmas projects. I've seen
pictures of a soft ball that looks to be made of semi circles or
crescents; our newest nephew would probably like one. If you know of a
pattern for that or any other quick baby projects, please let me know.
I was thinking of doing an assortment of soft washable toys for him.
Catch you later,
Ruth
