Except that when you look at things generally, blacks are disproportionately 
incarcerated, disproportionately poor. So it doesn't really matter about 
whatever town Mike is talking about because we're talking about the United 
States. Maybe what he says is true about that one little town but let's talk 
about something more relevant.
