Hi August Abolins, hope you are having a nice day RJT>>Right, except that you pay a "shipping" or "handling" fee that RJT>>probably actually covers the cost of the phone. What else gets me RJT>>is how all those cell phone companies seem to want to lock you into RJT>>a 2-year "agreement" with a hefty penalty if you don't stick with RJT>>them. What other business can get away with this kind of crap? AA>Well.. it's up to the customer to read the fineprint! Then, a penalty or AA>a pre-mature termination fee won't come as a surprise. Some cell phone 88 That's one reason I recommend to others they do what I've done. Find a good used phone for sale cheap from someone or a fleamkt/thrift store and have the provider use it instead of taking the phone they offer. I bought several in the hospice thrift store here not that long ago including a motorola m70 analog/digital capable that I only gave $1 for. It was made in late 2000, has a li-ion pack, and is still able to link up to cingular for digital access and a diff company for analog. Down here you can use any cellphone, activated or not, to call 911 so it's worth the looking. -=> Yours sincerely, Paul Williams <=- ...
