RD> JW> I just bought a 3" keyhole cichlid
RD> I've never heard of keyholes before. What does a keyhole cichlid look
like
Keyholes used to be a easy to find cichlid, years ago.
But with the introduction of many other, more colorful and/or
interesting cichlids, many cichlids that used to be common are hard to
find now a days.
Keyholes have a marking that at times looks like a keyhole, one of the
old type keyholes, that were very common many years ago. They are a
peaceful fish that grows to 4 inches or so.
I grew up with many of those, now hard to find fish, not too colorful
but I do miss them.
