What does the LOCal attribute actually do? I have NetMgr setup to move
internet mail list mail from my Netmail area to a local area. When I reply
to a message in one of these areas using Alt+N to move to Nemail, the LOCal
attribute is set automatically. I was wondering what effect this has on my
outbound messages.
