Take away the hidden flag and make the "LoginFile" display a .BBS file with 
the stuff you want to tell 'em, and add a few (several) pauses's to the end
and a HANGUP token.. Also be sure to add [ckoff] at the top.. Here's my
LOCKOUT.MEC file;
[ckoff]
[white]You no longer have access to this BBS. This could be for one of a 
number of
reasons;
[repeatseq 2 right 17][lightblue]1.  [gray]You broke the rules of this BBS.
[repeatseq 2 right 17][lightblue]2.  [gray]You pissed of the sysop.
[repeatseq 2 right 17][lightblue]3.  [gray]The sysop simply does not like 
ou.
[repeatseq 2 right 17][lightblue]4.  [gray]Your name is [realname].
[pause pause pause pause pause pause pause pause pause pause hangup]
As you can see, it shows their real name, which will make most users think 
ou
went out of your way to include them in this "special" file.. :>
