I'm just saying that organizations aren't dead in that age group;
organizations simply have to adjust.  Little League is an organization.  So
is a church.  What churches have had to do is ratchet back the bureaucracy
within their organization, but to say that 25-35s "are long past any
interest in organizations" is not really accurate, IMO.
