A couple of things are going to affect this. Are you running under dos?
OS/2? Which version of Squish are you running, if under dos? What is
your buffers statement in Squish.Cfg? I'm running the "386"
version, and my buffers statement says "large" on it. That
might fix your problem, or it might be a question of Squish running out of
memory while trying to process this stuff.
If that doesn't fix it, you can run PKTSORT to pre-process your incoming
and use it to split large messages into smaller chunks. I run it here,
but don't have it doing that since I've not had a problem in this regard.
(It _does_ speed up message tossing to have the stuff sorted, though.)
