As far as I know, the only people who have actually come out and 
proposed this are Schumer and Feinstein, however, it is a reasonable 
inference based on Clinton's past actions. I have never heard Clinton 
say that *any* gun rights should be protected.
In addition, his proposed bullet ban would have the practical effect of 
outlawing virtually every firearm in existance.
