Had to do /something/ tho cheer them up.

Actually, I have a voice that stops people in their tracks.  I took my
guitar to a bar one night, sat on a stool, and started playing some Neil
Young.  Buy the time I finished the second song, people had stopped
playing games, the jukebox was off, and nearly everyone was standing
around me with their jaws dropped open.  I hadn't noticed until I 
looked up, and couldn't believe their response.  I played for two
hours, and thorouly enjoyed myself.

Needless to say, that was the epitomy of my musical life.  :)
