I think you're right.  Limp Bizkit probably demanded the concert as part 
of the deal to provide the theme song.  As for the catfight girls, who 
the *%$# knows why, other than there has always been some sort of guest 
star--usually contemporary or fading--on each Wrestlemania.  At least 
cat fight girls are more closely related to wrestling than Liberace in a 
chorus line, or Morton Downey spewing smoke into Piper's face.
