Not under Texas law. Refusal to leave is not required to put you in
violation.
All that is required to be trespassing is to enter property that has a
sign posted "....at the entrance to the building, reasonably likely to come
to the attention of the intruders...".

Texas bumps just about everything up one level if a deadly weapon is
involved, licensed or not.
