Hello Everybody, Hey, did you know that since the inception of the Republican Party every prime number president has been a Republican? George Washington was our first president, therefore designated as president #1. And our first Republican president was Abraham Lincoln, being president #16. So let's look at all the prime number presidents since the foundation of the Republican Party - President #17 Andrew Johnson President #19 Rutherford B. Hayes President #23 Benjamin Harrison President #29 Warren G. Harding President #31 Herbert Hoover President #37 Richard M. Nixon President #41 George H.W. Bush President #43 George W. Bush All have been Republican presidents. All, except for one, who chose to run for a second consecutive term lost. None have served a second consecutive term to completion. With that in mind, it is a certainty that president #47 will be a Republican. And it could be another Bush. Although we have had a father and a son as president on two different occasions, we have never had two brothers serve as president (although we came close with the Kennedy brothers). And we have never had a grandfather and grandchild serve as president. But it could happen with the Bushes. As such, who says the Bushes are not yet ready for prime time folks? After all, Bush41 was a Republican prime. And Bush43 is a Republican prime. So why not a Bush47? --Lee * SLMR 2.1a * Quand j'travaille toute la journ‚e j'devien largu‚. --- Platinum Xpress/Win/WINServer v3.0pr5* Origin: Try Our Web Based QWK: DOCSPLACE.ORG (1:123/140) SEEN-BY: 633/267 270 @PATH: 123/140 500 106/2000 633/267 |
