I would normally reply to this via Netmail, but there might be others who
poll this echo who have the same question; so, I'll answer it here.
The PGMRS echo is currently UK-only. Thus, you cannot get it in zone 1 ...
yet ...
The moderator, Simon Avery, has been trying to get a trans-Atlantic link
established for the echo. Since you are in MD, you might like to contact
sysops in the mid-Atlantic states to see if any would be interested in
importing the echo into zone 1. Any lurkers might care to do likewise. The
more sysops who might be interested in importing the echo feed, the more
likely it will be we can establish the link.
It is quite a useful message area for discussing algorithms without any
linguistic assumptions or prerequisites.
