It's a *.MSG area.  That's why I was wondering if there were a similar 
feature as the old AREAINFO.BBS in old Opus versions.  I tried and 
AREAINFO.BBS in the same directory and a file called AREANAME.SQR (even 
though it's a *.MSG area) just in case either of them worked and it wasn't 
documented.
There's gotta be a way of displaying a file to users as they enter a *.MSG 
area.  I just can't figure it out!
