AIUI the RPi3 has the A53 design with 4 cores, but cannot
locate any info on how to control the various processors,
such as directing each one to a different task, or enabling
or disabling any of the processors.

ALso, how many of the optional extensions (such as encryption) are
implemented in the RPi3?
