Hi,

found a system like that. Ran by experienced user. The problem is seen when
computer is connected to the Dial-Up. Then the break starts, taskbar stops
responding. Running aplications can be conteolled focuing them with
Alt+TAB. Running Task Manager gives no task manager but hides taskbar.
After 1001 KB input and mose click on start, etc. there is notting else but
waiting.
Then, after a few seconds - minutes (mostly minutes) everything just pops
on the screen + you got like 7-8 taskmgr.exe running - hah, thats possible
? Tracing the computer status within the weird procedure gives notting back
as no problems are occuring ? No problems seeable with memory, CPU usage,
connections.
SpyBot, etc. utilities gives notting - machine is pure clean and running SP2.
No errors stored/found anywhere.

Anyone saw something like this ?
