Does this apply only to commercial ads for new modems? I have a non approved
2400 modem for sale, but to save bandwidth, I left the NON Austel approval
out. However, I posted the message again and stated that it isn't approved.

It IS legal to use non-approved modems on private PABXs, isn't it?
