You can safely go to the ADS directory and do a DELTREE (You do know
how to operate from the DOS prompt, don't you?)
Of course the directories will be rebuilt eventually.  I have seen some
who put in a batch file and have this done every time they load Juno,
but I don't feel comfortable with that concept, myself.
