Actually, American Online (AOL) bought them out. I've been using 
C/Serve for about 6 years. I prefer it over AOL because of the 
reference areas. They seem to have a little more on the ball than AOL. 
AOL stated that even though they purchased C/Serve, they would continue 
to keep the two services seperate. That sounds GREAT to me.
