That seems to be the way bluewave does it, note that bw does not have an
internal editor.
Could always do it within the code, jump to each word, then prompt with a
popup window, listing possible replacements if the word is not found in
the database, and either an internal(preferred) or an external dictmgr to
add/edit words within the base.
The database is probably the bigger problem, just creating one with a
decent number of words is going to be a pain, then indexing it in an
efficient way, while not loosing oodles of memory in the process...

Needer do high, but i suppose it would be a nice feature. Grammar checking
may be going a bit overboard though. I ain't in no need of that either anyhow.:-)

Well, you're welcome to my S&R routine, it's fairly well tested and fast,
uses the findfirst/next method on words, while i don't have the source for
msged, it is portable so should slot in with little if any mods.
Where can i get 4.2 for DOS anyway ?
Is the source code also available ?
I may have a go at it myself with your permission(i know it's PD but still)
Need to get my mind off void long pointers anyway. ;-)

 Regards, Frank
