  The filebone has SERIOUS problems as does the entire mail structure of 
late.  It has gone to hell in a handbag... Everything was great and then we 
all went internet or planet connect to cut costs and all we cut was the 
ability to control what was happening.  As a result, no one knows for sure if 
anything is working anymore.    No echo seems to work well anymore.  
 Files in the filebone go nowhere, mail goes nowhere....
  I have spent a year fighting to attempt to get better service, finally gave 
up.
 Of course, it is cheap now.
