Most definitely not...  The segment registers all point to the code segment. 
AX, I think (might be another one), has a count of how many parameters are on 
the command line (max of 2).  I don't remember about the others, but you'll 
get different values in different environments.  For example, the values 
under DEBUG are not the same that they are when running from the DOS prompt.
