Well, it's pretty simple, actually.  If you're "poor", or don't intend
to pay off loans that you asked for, you shouldn't be attending RPI.

See how that works?  You get what you can afford.  Whining about not
being able to pay off a loan that you took out means you shouldn't have
taken the loan in the first place.  What a concept!!!
