Of cause you can't be in the sun 24/7 and that goes especially for us that aint used
to the sun.
When I was down in Greece this fall I only used sun-block 20 the first week untill my
skin had got a nice tan and that took care of it for the next 2 weeks. But
beeing close
to, or in the water and recive all that reflections makes it double worse.
The skin cancer have increesed here in the past years very much and the doc:s think
it has something do do with the ozon-layer.
