i've just shut it down officially for lack of interest.
 
unless someone out there wants to take it over, i'll be advising the Backbone 
to remove NEWOPUS Echo from distribution.
 
the MEADOW will continue as long as there are posters. there hasn't been a 
msg in NEWOPUS for weeks.
