Can you think of others? (And then there is Gandar 1985 of course)

The Pittsburgh accident has generally been assumed to be a rudder
problem. Is that what people investigating the Colorado accident
thought?
The question in my mind, of course, is if perhaps some mechanic working
on the plane "fixed" the plane so that it would crash. I mean, that's
the most logical way such a fault would happen, although ity could also
happen through some blunder maybe.
