Rasmus,
     To get the scroll bar back, choose "Tools" from Top menu bar, then 
"Options" at bottom of that pick list.  In the Options Window, choose 
the "View" Tab.  In the top center of that screen is a section called 
"Windows".  In that section, you have to check the box for "Vertical 
Scroll Bar".  
     This should solve your problem.  Good Luck.
