  Hi Floyd,
The salutation "Good Morning," seems to cover this one, at least it works
for me. (grin)
I kind of miss the courtesy titles of "Mr.," "Mrs.," "Miss," or "Ms."
Nowadays, we're all so friendly that "Dear Chuck," is a common salutation.
Although I noticed when dealing with Latin Americans, the courtesy titles are
used and are expected. I actually have a client who refers to herself as
"Mrs. Hernandez." I don't KNOW her first name!
Also, some of the big shot executive types are still called "Mr." or "Ms."
by their receptionists or secretaries.
  Be seeing ya!
