To beginning a question:
I just try a translation program German - English .
With it it is me hopefully somewhat simpler, to write  longer texts in 
English.
Could you write me , whether you can read the whole well?
Or whether many misspellings are therein?

Now to your question:
You do not have to buy for each stretch of water a special permission!
From the different unions there are tickets, on which are severals .
So you have on a ticket e.g. 5 stretches of water.
More than 10  do not stand on it however most!
There is no ticket for completely Germany!
Ask answered?                 
 
Unfortunately I must do the word order on my own at this program 
unfortunately !
