SURE IS!
Give them a "X" key, then in WELCOME.MEC put: 
[IFKEY]X [LINK]misc\getlost.bbs
then create getlost.mec like this...
[cls]
The Sysop of this BBS has banned you forever!
DO NOT CALL BACK!
[hangup][quit]
Well, that should do it, remember to mecca the mec files.
I use this feature here. It links a file called BADGOAT.BBS
Tells them to GET LOST in huge letters then hangs up.
