Then that should have all been taken into consideration when I brought back the
latest draft in it's original form. Why they decided to try to talk me into
changing things, is beyond me.

With that said, we should go back to that draft and begin the process of
submission then. The few that have their panties in a bunch can edit it to suit
their needs if they care to. I just want it where it belongs, since it is a
MUCH better and cleaner document than any of the other packet type
proposals/standards currently in place.
