    This summarizes activity from prior months, with nothing assertive 
to rebute or repudiate Kamiat's conduct. It seems more like Kamiat is 
accepted as is within the present matrix of AAA policy.

    By mid October surely Richy knew when the next Board meeting 
likely will be, even if only 'sometime in November, according to past 
practice'. He does not invite Clabough to make a statement as his guest. 
He does not agree to actually take the obnoxious behavior of his 
seatmates to the Board. Perhaps he's terrified of making such an 
'agreement'?

context and it would be hard for me to pass judgment on Bruce or you.
I am not going to defend Bruce or your comments and as I said before
this is a personal matter between you and him.

I do not want to be arbitrator for you or Bruce, or for AAA or
Nyskies. I come to Nyskies to find out the goings on in Astronomy and
I am a member of the AAA for my love of Astronomy. And I think you
totally miss the point of my message -- and this will be the last
time I attempt to explain my point in this forum.

Speaking as a member of this forum, you are not doing the club
"Nyskies, Inc." or the promotion of astronomy in New York a great
service by these types of postings. These messages reflect badly on
Nyskies and its members that post these kinds of warnings such as
"Abuse and Hostility".

(BTW) I or any board member do not need to discuss AAA matters here
in this forum. This is a place to discuss astronomy issues and all
things about Nyskies.  Any AAA matters should be and are addressed at
Board meetings; and we encourage our members to bring up any issues
they may have at these meetings.
