The bad thing is the breakdown of how may title changes there were
during different timeframes:

WWWF/WWF/WWE Championship (from
http://www.wrestling-titles.com/wwf/home.html 1963 to present):

1963- Jan 22,1984	12 champions (8 men held title - this era ends
the day before Hogan wins 1st title)

Jan 23, 1984 - 1990	5 champions (4 men held title, Hogan had the
belt the majority of the time))

1991 starts the tred of multiple title changes each year:
1991	4 champions
1992	4 champions
1993	3 champions (Yoko holds title most of year)
1994	3 champions (Hart holds title most of year)
1995	1 title change (the year of Diesel - holds title 51 weeks)
1996	2 title changes (Shawn Michaels holds title 8 months)
1997	6 title changes
1998	5 title changes (Austin holds title approximately 8 months)
1999	11 title changes (Mankind/Rock switch title many times)
2000	5 title changes 
2001	5 title changes
2002	7 title changes
2003	1 title change (Lesner over Angle)

If you include the "World"/RAW title changes, add 3 more title changes
to 2002.
